HVAC Jess
Intrigued by the variety and problem solving on-site, Jessica was surprised she had originally overlooked the trades despite its constant presence in her family life. Enthused by her new direction, HVAC Jess (as she's been nicknamed) strives to inspire others like her, to pursue a similar path.

Happy to welcome his sister to the team, Jessica's brother has guided and supported her through the technical training required to become a certified technician. Jessica's father adds, "I wish I had encouraged Jessica way earlier...now that she is in it, I can see she is definitely enjoying what she's doing." Today, Jess' previous background combined with her expanding skillset, has made her an integral part of the family business. And most importantly, she has found fulfillment in her craft.
